1997 Acura Integra LS Auto w/ 143000 miles for $2900 good or bad?

I need help deciding whether I should purchase a
1997 Acura Integra LS Automatic for $2900

The car has 143,000 miles
Rebuilt Motor and I had a pre-inspection with a mechanic and they found these issues:

-front/back brakes down to 80% left
-transmission fluid not so clean
-steering wheel has vibration when a/c is on
-power steering system has small leak from pump
-cylinder head has oil leak from head bolt
-ABS and SRS lights on
-rear trunk and roof clear code coming off
-driver side door seal broken

Given the items above, the mileage, and an above average exterior and interior,

Is $2900 a fair price for me as a buyer or should I negotiate lower?

always negotiate lower no matter what.....also do you really want a car that leaks oil already?

and it depends if you want a project car to work or daily driver...
