Turbo parts suggestion B18a1

So I got a 94 dc4 with a b18b1 wich is under powered and leaking oil.. What i want to do is take my spare a1 motor and build it for turbo being realistic I'm aiming for 400-450 peek whp (its gonna be on either a 2 stage our 3 stage boost controller) now I'm looking for parts suggestions I need brands and your recommendation any help is appreciated thanks
