bogging issue after B18C1 swap

when cruising in the freeway and when i press the gas to pass up a car, sometimes the car will bog for a second or two then itll catch. most of the time itll be like nothing's wrong.

it'll happen moreso when gunning it into vtec zone for a bit and then back to cruising.

i have an air/fuel gauge hooked up (not to a wideband) but i noticed that before the swap, my B18B1 would hover around stoich and rich side. after the swap, it would be more towards lean and stoich. sometimes it wouldnt even register but come back to lean. im thinking its taking in too much air or not enough gas. whenever i feel the car bog, I'll look at the gauge, no lights registering while bogging. when it does catch, they light will go up to stoich.

would i need a gsr fuel pump? I've read that it produces about 20% more fuel than the LS.

tomorrow I'll be changing the fuel filter to see if that works.
