Swapping electronics from one door to another

I have a 98 2dr with a damaged door, i noticed when i matched up the 94 door I have, the spot to plug in the electronics is different. Would it be possible for me to just swap out everything or is there more to this scenario. This is what the 94 one looks like. I dont have a picture of the 98 one but instead of making the L shape in the middle its just straight.

im doing this right now acutally, i bought 2 new doors for my car cuz they both a had ugly dents in em, and the doors i got were manual everything. so i have to move EVERYTHING from my doors i had on my car with power windows n locks to the other shell. im kinda boggled on how to do it so im slowly working it. One step at a time lol. im hoping to get it done today too.

for your application, id just swap out the electronics man. my opinion tho, good luck!
