opinion on integra NA build

whats up guys i wanted to put up this build this guy has done to his integra just tell me youre thoughts i might trade my gsr civic for it but idk how well this set up is .

Motor/trans:
Poor mans type r
Gsr block
Ls crank
Ls rods
P30 pistons
B16 p30 head
Full itr valve train
Polished no name fuel rail
Aem fpr
Underdrive pulley kit
Dc sport header to full exhuast
Gsr tranny with lsd
Exedy stage 2 clutch (grabs hard)

what you guys think?????

how clean is the motor? and does it run well?

i dont buy other people's work.

idk how it run yet im gonna go see it friday but it has itr front end as well
