Default How to Install Cold Air Intake

Yeah I bought a Cold Air intake and didnt come with directions I need to now What to do about the hoses that go to the valve cover what is the other one for and why is it welded fast I need help to install this intake I have a 95 Acura Integra LS Please help I tryed to attached a photo of what I mean but it would not let me anyone with experience please help Asap thanks.

you shouldn't need to weld anytthing... one of those llines is a breather line from the valve cover to the intake tube, the other is a coolant line to the throttle body. there should still be spots for both of the hoses to hook up.

Jake..why would an intake have coolant lines?

no they are welded together. I didnt say I needed to weld anything. one goes to valve cover other is bent like 90 degrees and goes downward and plugs into another hose.

one goes to the PCV valve hose, other goes into the valve cover. At least, i think thats how a honda is set up
