Default Pacesetter Exhaust systems????????

ok i have a 97 acura integra pretty much stock the exhaust on it now isnt stock its worse then some oem peices the person before me put on shitty cat cherry bomb glass pack and cherry bomb turbo muffler now i def need to replace it no questions asked but i have a buddy with a pacesetter exhaust he claims its good for horsepower gain and sound anyone know anything about this. its about $500 for a new cat and cat back but i was thinkin goin with the apexi WSII i heard its hands down better????/

pacesetter is cheap from what what I have seen and with a 3g you have a million options, but yes an apexi WS2 is way better

had one on my last car too...also thought it was awesome cuz i was in high school ha...really loud and very cheap quality...the piping will rust out on you in less than a year. Not worth it. Go for the ws2

Pace Setter = junk. You have a ton of better options, from Apex'i to Greddy, to Fujitsubo to a custom setup. Don't rice it out man

They aren't good man...

I have never heard anything good about them, and I'm sure the price reflects that.

However price isn't always the leading indicator of quality. I got a twin loop Mugen replica that sounds very clean (deep and powerful) for $80. However I did spend about 300 getting a quality custom catback installed so maybe that helped the sound.

Just make sure you get the diameter you want and get a good install for whatever you get.
