Turn signals not working, please help

I am busting my head trying to figure out what the heck is going on with my turn signals.The problem is when i hit the turn signal switch by my steering wheel it does nothing but if i hit the hazard button,the signals work and flash so i know it's not the bulbs.My next guess was the switch itself but i got one at the junker and replaced it but i still have the same problem.Next,i searched the fuse box and found a fuse for the turn signals and the back up lights so i was like "sweet" 'cause my back up lights are not working either but i checked the fuse and it's fine.I don't know if they are linked some how and the same problem is causing both of them to not work.My signals were working when i got the car and one day they just stopped working.So next i took my volt tester and found power to the fuse on both sides(so it's good)and i took the plug behind the turn signal switch out and i didn't find any power with the ignition on the run position but if i hit the hazard button all three wires have a pulsing light which means the bulbs are flashing.So it seems that the wires to the hazards and the turn signals are good and they are no open circuits 'cause they seem to be linked.SO WHAT NOW! I thought there might be a relay to both the turn signals and the back up lights but the only relay i found was the hazard one.I replaced a couple of relays i found in the fuse box just for the heck of it to see if it was linked some how but still nothing.
Does anyone know what the problem could be?Please help if you can,i would really appreciate it.Thanks in advance.

The lights wouldnt flash with the hazard button pressed if it was bad.

There is a flasher relay in the upper right of the cabin fuse box. I would not expect the hazards to be working if it was bad though.

Im leaning towards the turn signal switch (The lever you move) being bad. If the fuses check out as good, and the lights workl with the hazard button pressed (Meaning there is no disconnect later down the line) then there is an issue upstream, which is not connected to the hazard button wiring directly.

But i changed the switch and it still did nothing.I did get one from the junkard but,what are the odds of that one being bad aswell?I think it's unlikely.

The fuse is fine and i changed the relays...still nothing.

Also remember guys that my back up lights are not working aswell.Not sure if that's linked or not.It is in the fuse box.

The fuse is fine and i changed the relays...still nothing.

[Fuse#15] [10AMP] Yellow-----Clock (control), Gauges, Backup Lights, Maintenacce Reminder Light

I would check to make sure this fuse is good.

It is good.The one i was talking about says back-up lights and turn signals located at the top left hand corner,2nd one in, 10amp fuse(which i checked and is also good)

Well then it could be the actual turn signal lever itself, as it is simply a switch. An expensive switch at that.

This is what would do to confirm/rule this out.

Download the applicable honda manual from hondahookup.com. You need to sign up, but it is well worth it, excellent manual.

Check out the turn signal wiring diagram, figure out which wire goes in for power to the left turn signal, and which goes out to the left turn signal. Test that connection. If there is power, then the turn signal switch is bad, if there isnt power, the problem lies elsewhere.

Ok guys,weirdest sh*t ever!I kinda found out what the problem is.I was messing around with it today,i took my steering wheel off and the turn signal switch assembly aswell.While testing the wires and figuring out which wire is what,i noticed there is about 3 wires linked to the hazard switch(button).I pulled the hazard switch out of it's place on the dash and checked those wires.When i pushed it back to it's spot and tried the signal lights again for the heck of it...they worked!!!! I looked over to the hazard switch and noticed it wasn't pushed in all the way(the bottom part was in but the top was a bit out and needed to be pushed in a bit to snap in place)so i pushed it in and tried the turn signal switch again...nothing.I was like WTF??? So just to confirm,i pull it out again and push the bottom in all the way but not the top(like it was before)and tried the turn signal switch again...it worked.I pulled the hazard switch out again to check for stripped or open wires or anything that can be loose but everything is good.I concluded that the hazard switch is bad somehow.So i'm driving the car with the hazard switch not pushed in all the way in it's spot on the dash untill i can get a replacement.But atleast i have my turn signal lights back...yeah!
