10w-40 motor oil..

i have a 93 integra and it has around 290k is 10w-40 motor oil fine or 10w-30 was the way to go???

what is recommened for the car? use that... if you want something for a highermileage engine use valvoline high mileage stuff it really does make a difference

10 -30 high mileage oil it wont burn as fast and some stp could help

is it an non vtec? if so just go with the 5w-30 non synthetic and you will be fine.

ELF 5w40 fully synthetic engine oil
OR
Eneos 5w20 fully synthetic motor oil

if u want cheap shit.. 10w40 will be fine. 10w30 will be fine.

I also agree...I don't use high mileage oils because my car is tuned up. If your car is NOT tuned up and it's just your day to day car...then use High mileage oil [I prefer mobil 1], but if your car is tuned up then go with 20w - 50.
