Remove the valve cover.
Turn the crankshaft either with the starter or using a socket on the pulley until the cam gears point up.
Disconnect the power steering pump. (Two 12mm bolts and 10mm tensioner bolt.)
Remove the belt and put it aside.
Loosen the top alternator bolt and move the alternator enough to remove the belt.
Unbolt the crankshaft pulley.
Remove the timing covers, both top and bottom.
Put a floor jack under the engine with a piece of wood between them. (So you don't damage the engine.)
Unbolt the engine mount and jack up the engine.
Remove the old timing belt.
Unbolt the tensioner
Remove the back timing cover.
Unbolt the water pump. (Six bolts if I recall correctly.)
Clean off the surface and put your new water pump on.
(Make sure you have the seal on it, I put a thin layer of silicone to hold it in place .)
Reinstall the timing cover and put the new tensioner on.
Line the cam gear marks up and make sure "Up" is point up.
Line the crankshaft up with the mark on the block.
Install the new timing belt.
Reinstall the engine mount.
Reinstall the timing covers, top and bottom.
Reinstall the crankshaft pulley.
Reinstall the alternator belt.
Reinstall the power steering pump and belt.
Reinstall the valve cover.

There we go. I think that's everything.
