89 integra accel problems?

i go to drive and it wants to stall and it sputters but then launches and wen im driving rite around 3500 and higher it backfires during acceleration it has a brand new starter battery cap and rotor bosch platinum+2 plugs mobil1 5000 oil k&n oil filter k&n air filter new tranny new control arm ball joints and tie rod ends any ideas?
