weird noise

so i had a weird cracky creeky noise on my 99 ls wen i trun my wheel to the left, and i got it checkd and it aint the bushings on the control arms and the cv joints are still good, and then today i had my car turning to the left and got out and started to push down on the side left side of the hood/fender and it made the squeeky noise and it sounded like it kind of been coming from my rotors, but i dont know if it maybe been the coilvers coming from behind it but let me know if you have any suggestion on what i should check next and do?

remove the powersteer hose return line at the rack drain fluid re-install line refill reservoir with bottle of seafoam start engine turn streerwheel left to right lock to lock for 30 minutes drain reservoir refill with powerstring fluid.

and also what is the acutall problem with the car?
