Tachometer, Temperature Gauge, Seatbelts

This was a thread asking for help, but I tracked down my problem.
I have decided to edit my post and turn this into a "How To Fix" thread.

First thing is first. Any exposed wires, for example the radio- tape them up!

If your tachometer does not work but the others do, I would suggest checking the signal wire for it on the distributor. It is the blue wire on a '93 GS.
The temperature gauge does not work, check to make sure that all of your sensors are plugged in.
The automatic seat belts will not retract. Possibly able to force them to the top, but opening the door will make them go down.

Now check all of your fuses! The auto seat belts have two specific fuses under the hood.
My problem was the 7.5amp "METER SA UNIT" fuse. To fix my problems I had to pull all my fuses and install the correct ones in all the slots, but look for your "Meter SA Unit" fuse if you have these problems. Pulling it out would cause all the readings on the gauge cluster to not work. It is fuse 23 on a second gen.

Hope it helps anyone searching!
