Default Fog Lights problems. How do you access it?

I just got a 1990 Integra RS. The fog lights don't work. Inside the Fog light button lights up, so I don't know if it is a fuse? All I know is that when I press that button the lights don't turn on. I am assuming that it could be the fog lights themselves, like the bulb? I tried to change them but can't figure it out.

so here are my Questions.
1. How do you open Fog lights to change bulb?
2. Where is the Fog light fuse
3. On a seperate note how do you get into the corner lights? One is on and one bulb is dead...

My front lights are not 'one piece' but three. so it goes: Corner, Headlight, Fog... Fog, Headlight, Corner

Pop the hood and there will b a phillip screw pointing up, those are
For the corner lights, as for the fog lights I'm trying to figure that out myself , the corner light screw will be pointing up and mounted to the subframe, take off the screw, take off the light and the bulb just twists off

There is a nut on the side of the fog light(the nut holds the fog light to the light bracket)its a 8mm then once u get that off you have to pull hard on the fog light and it will pop out
