KY and GC bouncy and can't go lower

ok so i put on my KY and GC's and it rides bouncy an the stiff ness is all the way soft and its the same thing all the way stiff just a stiffer ride, and in the back i maxed out cause o f the bowl on the bottom of the shock, and i even went lower with the shock its self! so idk how i can get the ride to quit being bouncy idk if i';m just breaking in the coilovers, but i also need the back to be lower

they're brand new

It's going to be bouncy. The shock dampening set all the way soft is going to have less dampening, therefore the shock travels quicker from compressed to extended. You want less bouncy? make the dampening stiffer.

how can i go lower in the back though today when i drove it wasnt as bouncy as it was three days ago
