I saw that, i just thought under the explanations section it meant there would be more in depth statistics about your rep power and who rated you. I guess i over thought it lol

Im sure there is more to it than just the home screen.
You can leave messaged for the people you rep. It should be visible to members when you get it. I think there may be just a setting turned off or not displaying properly on the User CP.
On another forum I am a member on, you can see the rep you got, the post it came from, and the message along with it. People usually sign their rep i.e. "Hey that looks good -mirrorimg" so that they know who its coming from.
I hope that can be done here. btw, i repped quite a few people in the vip thread.
