Start watermarking all pictures and see if they continue to use them. That's bullshit they are using a car that they have no interest in outside of making money for themselves with. An email would be sent to them and if that didn't get the message through to them, an email to ebay would be sent asking for the picture to be removed from ads. I have a friend who does photography, she had a company take a picture she took and start selling them without her permission after they found it on her facebook page. She went through a whole legal ordeal over it but eventually won and had to be paid money back that the company had profited off of her photo.
