It is. One of my friends bought it. He's done some stuff to the bay and has a Mugen Gen 1. I just checked with him to see who he bought it off of.

Its just looks. There's no difference in pedal feel. I kind of wish that I would of went with the Mugen pedals but I got a pretty good deal on the Rx.

You can either relocate the cruise or dimmer elsewhere. A lot of people remove the dimmer or move the cruise button down to the coin pocket. I didn't do a write up on that because I don't have cruise so I didn't have to worry about it.
