ok so my 1993 integra ls is having problems starting up, if the CHECK ENGINE light is on, it will not start up, but if it does not come on when the key is turned it will start right up, i was wondering if anyone had this problem before or anyone knows what it might be, there have been some parts that have been replaced already

computer
fuses
umm someone had said something about a MAIN RELAY HARNESS but i have checked alot of places and cant seem to find one for sale, most places dont even make parts for this car anymore, was wondering if anyone had any suggestions
