93 Transmission Swap

I have a 93 Integra stock car that I run at an asphalt circle track. This weekend I fried the automatic trans that was in it and I am thinking about putting in a 5 speed. How hard is the swap and which standard transmission should I be looking for. I am new to these cars and any help would be greatly appreciated

well you need to look for a cable transmission first of all. u can use any b-series transmission and get the shift linkage also manual ecu, and manual cluster gauge.
