Air Vent leaks

i have three 2nd gen Integras. RS LS and GS. all three leak at the vent intake. doesn't matter if the cars are moving or sitting. they leak. and pretty damn bad too. rain pours in. what the hell is it with these damn fresh air vents.!

anybody been able to do something about this?

doesn't seem that water should be able to get into there but it does. they just get worse every year. and i've done nothing to them. the plastic pieces are not creaked or broken. i don't get it.

On a dry day pour water on the car using the hose. Check where the leaks comes from

If push comes to shove, you'll have to take off your dash and clog the leak using silicone.

pretty sure the little clips on the cowl seal the cowl. If they are bad, they are going to leak and let water in.
