Are there 4 door Type R's?

Is there real Four door Type R's. There is a guy in my city claiming he has a four door type R. It looks legit. Configured slightly different then any LS/RS model 3rd gen i have seen. But it may just be the JDM kit giving it the look. It does have a Type R under the hood, but he claims It was not swapped, and he will refuse to sell the car no matter the price.
