Automatic into 5 speed

I want to turn my 94 Acura RSX into a 5 speed. Is there anything else I need other than manual tranny, slave cylinder, clutch lines, mastercylinder, and pedals?

And does anyone know a good how to video I can watch for some guidance.

I didn't do it on an RSX, but on my integra, i needed a new tranny mount, a new ecu, clutch lines, MTF fluid, shift linkage, shifter, shift boot, shift bezel, and a ton of misc. bolts.
