first off welcome to the site i would make a new introduction thread as well so you dont feel so awkward
1. what are you plans for the car? ( clean daily, street/track, all track, etc )
2. what are you ideal power goals? ( boosted daily, etc )
3. www.g2ic.com is the best site for any and all basic knowledge of what and what will not work out for you
4. what is you budget?
5. me i would do it one thing at a time, get a idea of what you want by seeing what others have done and take that and put your own twist on it will give you better idea of what you want

First of all, only the first letter in the sentence other than "I" and such, needs to be capitalized. Second of all, please make a proper introductory thread. Third of all, don't mod your car unless you have the money to do it right. I have seen a lot of people screw themselves by wanting to go fast but doing it with cheap parts.

The reality is:

Cheap
Fast
Reliable

You can only pick 2. I know it's hard not buying those pointless things off eBay but trust me (and million others), do NOT do that. Save your money, figure out your goals, and work 100% toward them and them only.

There is also a few threads about the first few things to do for best results. I'd post some links but I'm lazy like you :D

That being said, good luck with any project you may have and don't be shy to ask anything. There is no such thing as a "stupid question". Only stupid answers...

Pay to play. Save up some money, buy a turbo kit. Best bang for the buck.

Nitrous is not the cheapest solution, and does not offer all-the-time power. You only get power when you push that button. You have to refill it when its empty. IMO Nitrous is a waste unless its a dedicated drag car.
