Got a 93 ls that I replaced the caliper and rubber brake line on the passenger side due to it locking up well a week later it does it again fluid is full lil dirty let the caliper cool down and drove home like nothing happened what can I do or check to find out why it's doing this

Are the guides seized? Take the front part of the caliper off the back half and see if the guides have full range of motion. if they dont they they need to be replaced.

The caliper I replaced also replaced the guides and re lubed them when I put it back to gether

does the wheel spin freely when jacked up in the air?

Yes it only does it when I have to use the brakes a lot as in stop and go traffic
