i am getting a new bumper for my 91 Integra gs. i was just wondering what the difference is (i.e. year, model etc) between these two bumpers

The pictured Teg has a 92-93 front bumper.
It will bolt up to your 91, just make sure you have the turn signal lights to go with the bumper, as they are not interchangeable from the 90-91 and the 92-93 models.

I've always liked the 92-93 bumpers more than the previous model. But I have also seen some insane mods done to 90-91 bumpers. But yes, that is a 92-93 bumper pictured.
