Cant read my engine codes 1989 integra

Hi there I've got a 89 integra and I can't figure out how to check my engine codes. ive looked for the little blue box thats connected to the 2 wires, Can't find it. I've watched a few different YouTube videos and none of them had the same as my car. I looked under the glove box I could find anything. Please help my situation.

I know this reply is a bit late but if I remember right, your ecu (located under pass. seat) should have a little red light that gives the flash code.
