check engine light

ok this morning its was very cold and when i started my car the cel came on.this is the second time it has happen in three weeks during a really cold morning start .but when i turn the car off and restart it the cel disappears has anyone experience this before..any suggestions will be appreciated

Have it scanned. Most auto parts places offer free scans. With a code we can narrow it down significantly. Without one is shooting in the dark.

Could be electrical, could be a lot of things.
