Code 7 issue after sensor was replaced

I just recently replaced my TPS sensor because I was getting a code 7, after replacing it I disconnected the battery to clear the code. Now after I adjusted the idle to where it's suppose to be I'm throwing a code 7 again. The timing is off, I don't know if that will effect the TPS. Also the wires on the sensor look fine.

I tried to calibrate it but I wasn't getting anything on my multimeter. How ever I times the car and disconnect te battery again and the code is gone now. Now I have a different problem.
