Dashboard / Cluster Lights Flicker

I Just Bought A New Da, And Noticed My Cluster Light Wasn't Working.
The Dashboard Lights Were Also Extreeeeeeeemly Dim


So I Kinda Banged On The Glove Department, And The Cluster Light Started To Flicker.

...i Noticed That When My Glove Department Is Open, The Cluster Light Is Completly Off, And The Dashboard Lights Are Really Dim,
But When The Glove Department Is Closed, My Cluster Light Seems To Work Fine, But The Dashboard Lights Are Completly Off

...what Could This Be?
Bad Battery?
Alternator?
Loose Connection?

I Know It's Not A Fuse Because The Dashboard Shares Its Fuse With The Stereo And My Stereo Is Working Perfect...



If Someone Could Give Me Some Feedback Id Appreciate It..

bad connection would be my guess especially if they flicker when you hit it.what about the thing on the left by the steering wheel that adjusts the interior lights..haha sorry i dont know the name of it

yea it doesnt seem to work at all...
