Yup very true. That Type R isn't bad but I would also change a couple of things on it starting with the WING and THE KIT!

Actually, who's to say these owners haven't died already?! lol Seriously... I found a good transmission from one of these, sitting in the hatch. Guess the dude never had a chance to put it in. I caught the salvage yard on a technicality and got it for $150, instead of $250.

The JDM front'd one is actually a very clean car. I'm a big fan of the CWest kit as it really has aero benefits. The car is put together very well and definately doesn't belong on your list. Aside from that one ... the rest are fukkin horrible.
