Do I have a short?

two things 1. i was messing with my power antenna and i gave up, about 30 min later i went out to leave and i noticed my trunk lights werent working and my interior lights werent working and my clock was barely on and had been reset. could i have made a short by messing with the antenna and if so how do i fix it?

Yes u could have shorted it, or have u checked to see if maybe u just blew a fuse? and honestly I have no clue what u can do to fix it if its a short besides take it to a shop, I'm not too good with electronic stuff lol
