Looking for couple more hundred rpm on my 96 teg 5 speed non vtec. Is there an ecu swap(p75) or can it be re-programmed? For a roundy round racer.

you need to downgrade to an obd1 p75 ecu and then use crome or hondata to raise the rev limit. I assume youre tapping right before the shift point correct?

Yes. Actually I tap out on strait away in 2nd gear 4 or 5 times. I need like another 3 car lengths.

you could try a different transmission or gearing as well.

As far as I can tell through the spec sheets-there are no trannys with the ratio I need. Even the auto. Also I didn't think there was more than on differential that would help. Correct me If I am wrong.

I'm on obd1 with a p75 ecu. My rev limit is 6800. Have to get it tuned to whatever you want. Make sure your motor can withstand the extra Rpms

you can do different final drives but i dont think theres one longer than 4.4
