ECU Chiping and flashing advice

I have a 93 LS DA and it has several mods. Nothing major just cold air intake, header, custom exhaust with the converter removed. It scoots ok, but of course I want more, more, more! There is a local guy who offers ECU CHipping/flashing services for 100 bux. Would my car benefit from having this done? There is no vtec on my car so the only thing that would change would be the rev limiter settings right? Would I feel or see any horsepower increases? I asked the guy who does it if it would help, and of course he said yes but he could just want to make money. I was hoping for unbiased opinion. Thanks!!

First of all is the guy reputable.. several things can be changed with a flash/chip example, timing and fuel maps being most important since you have some mods your veh may produce slightly more power however eve time you change some thing you should have it tuned to receive the most from the upgrade
also you my notice better fuel economy.. as oppsed to not flashing it after multiple mods.
