i just blew my b17 and was gonna replace it with a b18c v tec will my tranny and ecu work with the new motor or do i need to get them too gonna still rebuild the 17 but want something to use in the mean time

you will need a p72 ecu, the gsr ecu is different

If you happen to pick up a 94-95 B18C1 OBD1 then you can run a p28 and plug it right in. Also, if you are looking for a P72 make sure you get a P72 I and not a P72 II.

a stock p28 wont run the c1 correctly as the c1 has secondary runners and a lower vtec engagement
