Exhaust pipe diamater to muffler

hey,
checking to see if one of you guys knew the diameter of the exhaust pipe before it goes into the muffler. i want to weld a canister on, but don't know how to get the size right for when i make the purchase. if i get no response, ill just go out and measure i guess. ha its a 1994 ls.
btw. what brand delivers the most for the cheapest price.?

hey bro if it helps - just recently got a catback for my gsr. when i removed the stock piping i measured it @ 2inches and the muffler inlet @ 2inches. i think the ls &
gsr have the same piping, im not sure.

X_X i cant even crawl under my other teg to check for you T_T

ls rs gs se and gsr are 2" piping and itr is 2.25
