Foot rest issue

Alright so along time ago I stepped on my foot rest and it broke off so I went to the junk yard, and I can't pull it off without breaking it.....help anyone? I tried looking on google I might be blind cause indisnt see anythig

if your talking about the foot rest down by your brake pedal theres 2 bolts on the top and bottom holding it on

How would I access them? Cause there's just two holes the floor and I tried checkin how to unbolt it but I'm bein hella noob tryna find out lol
