gauge cluster led

how many led's on each bulb should i buy for the gauge cluster? i see too many different ones

three 194...i got mine off ebay...work like a charm

sorry i meant the actual number of leds on the bulb itself. like i see 1,2, 6 led 194 bulbs etc.

Normal wide angle LEDs work. I found them to be incredibly dim, and ordered the 5leg bulbs. There is one highpower LED in the middle, with 4 along the perimeter. I used them for a while, then went back to some normal, incandescent amber 194's.

The non-led bulbs were the best IMO.

like a 120 viewing angle? i also see ones with led's on the side then the one in the middle like you describe. this is all from superbrightled

I have the white 5 LED bulbs. Very bright but not evenly bight... some spots are brighter than others...
