Help. 93 Integra stopped running

The car stopped running last summer and has been sitting in the garage. I'd like to find the source of the problem and hopefully get it run by this summer.



The main issue is that the car's power shuts down whenever we attempt to engage the starter. We tried replacing the distributor, but it did no good.

bad ground.

check all your grounds and clean the connections. I had this issue and it turned out I needed to replace the negative cable battery clamp.

Bad grounds on these cars can do some crazy s***

Also could be a failing ignition switch. that would be the next item you check after verifying your grounds.
