High Rpm Oil Smoke

Just bought a 96 Integ LS B18B1. Not familiar with the Japan motors and need input. On the first start each day i have white smoke coming out the exhaust and after the vehicle gets up to operating temp. it smokes at a high rpm usually after 4800 in all but 4th and fifth gear. The head does chatter so maybe thinking the valve seals are leaking? Not thinking the rings are burned since it dont smoke consistantly. Also, cylinders 4 and 2 have oil in the spark plug tubes so maybe the valve cover gromments? I have an OBD2 scanner and came up with two cylinder misfires, codes P0301 and P0302, (cylinders 1 and 2). And P1300, (DTC DEFINITION: Manufacturer Control Ignition System Or Misfire) this code is uncommmon on all diagnostic books and not familiar with that, any relation to the smoke?? anyone seen this before?? Im goin to do a compression test and a leakdown test soon but maybe someone can give me input on these motors??
