how hard is it to wire up an odb0 to odb1 jumper harness?

I want a ecu that I can have tuned for my odb0 b18 and want to know what all I need to do beside buy an odb1 compatible ecu and dizzy and jumper harness. Like how hard it is to wire up the additional wires and where do they wire up to? Please any help will be greatly appreciated

They make OBD0 to OBD1 Ecu adapter harnesses for $60-75.

I know where to get the harness but its not just a plug in play so I'm asking how hard is it to wire up the remaining wires

If you find a diy it can be easy. If you have a hard time wiring a radio i would have someone else do it but with a little time and effort you can handle it
