So I've got a 90 integra and I'm in the process of a automatic to manual transmission swap and its all good I've got all the wiring good I've double checked all the wiring I've done and its starts but when the car starts up it will idle up to 2000 and then shoot down too 1000 RPM like up and down up and down up and down it acts like someone is turning the key on and off anybody have any ideas?
