Injector issues

Ok so bare with me on this one guys. I bought a 93 Integra shell from some kid who had an ls vtec in the car before I bought it so it was wired for obd1 and a hack job of a wire tuck so it's been a wiring mess since I got it. Now I put my motor from my 91 and instead of swapping out the obd1 wiring we wired in the obd0 dizzy and obd0 injector plugs. I know it sounds sketchy but everything works except the injectors aren't firing. The pump is turning on and there is pressure in the system. We wired in the resistor box from the 91 and that didn't help either so now I'm kind of out of ideas. The ecu that's in it is a p28. Any help ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Kinda hard to understand what your asking...
Why didn't u just use obd1 dizzy and injectors?
EDIT: and if the shell is a 93 it was already obd1 so what do u mean it was wired for obd1?

I didn't have an obd1 dizzy and injectors so we just made a jumper harness. I guess what I'm asking is if doing this is what's causing the injectors not to fire.
