I have a 1997 JDM B18B1 Integra LS and I need the stock ECU for it. I bought the car from a shady guy who swapped my ECU for that of a 97 Honda Accord so the car thinks that it is an automatic... Anyway I need the correct computer--I tried several junkyards with no luck. Luckily they are easy to find online, but I have to make sure it is the right one. I know it needs to be a 37820-P75-X0X. The first five numbers refer to the Honda designation for ECU, the P75 is the car specific code, and the last three characters are country of origin, transmission type, and version. I need the second character to be zero which denotes a manual transmission, but since my car is JDM (made in Japan) does my ECU need to be Japanese as well? All I can find are US ECUs but I don't know if it matters.
