loss of power

I have a 94 integra ls therw my timing belt so i had the head rebuilt and but it back together today and now it has a loss of power when you hit the gas. There is also a whistling noise sound like it comeing from the head . did have a lot of time to look it over had to go to my next job. I will be back at my car to marrow it at the shop i work at just looking for some ideas to have a good place to start .

When doing the rebuild, did you put in new spark plugs and wires, distributor cap and even an ignition coil? Are your ground wires good?

Got new plugs. That it. I run a lil lean when you start her up to and will slowly pick up but not fully tho. At one point it even red lind around 3000 rpm i shut it off cranked it again in like 5 min and it and it didnt do that again but still no power.

Sounds like timing to me.

I got all the pullys on tdc si the a way to ajust the timing the distebuter is avanced as far as it will go
