My AC is acting up...

Ok i got a 1991 integra LS, and there are 4 level's on the AC. and for some reason you can hear it in the engine the AC is on but i doesn't blow on the first two level'd/notche's, it only blows once i hit the third, and fourth level. Anybody familiar with this sort of problem, can it be some kind of electrical, or wiring.? Id appreciate some help. THanx

lol wat you mean? I never took it out cuz i like the luxury of haviny my AC especially in South Florida even thought the wether has been bi-polar lately, and i dont think i would make any difference at all if i take it out.

lol hes saying that cuz theres a buncha snow and cold in VA where he lives, and if u are using ur AC then it must be pretty warm where u are
