Need help with my belts

My alternator belt recently broke and I was working on fixing it today. I managed to get the power steering belt off but I can't find where or how to get the a/c belt off. I need to get the a/c belt to get the new alt belt on and I thought I found the pivot bolt for the a/c belt, but it was already slightly loose and nothing budged. If someone could tell me what to loosen to get the a/c belt off, that would be great. I tried looking at my manual, but it doesn't show where it pivots.

Also, all the bolts I currently loosened are a little rusty and were hard to turn, should I replace them now or are they okay?

I was working over my car. My neighbor who had an RSX came out and helped me. It just so happened that the entire pivot point was rusted together. We got it loose and replaced the alternator. Thanks anyhow.
