need help!

there 3 wires that are cut under my dash by the fuse box.. a blue with red line.. red with blue line.. and a green wire.. i have no clue what these are too.. can someone help me?? everything seems to work fine in my car accept im running a p0141 cell.. could 1 of those wires be the reasoning why??

hopefully sum1 will be able to help me. i seen quite a few modifications have been done to this car with the wiring. For example, i was running a map sensor code, p0108, becuase the signal wire was cut at the ecu. had to rewire it back up. Plus another wire is cut and rewired at the distributor (i think) that controls my tach and speed gauge. And my turn signals are wired to the fuse box on the SRS fuse.
