So I just installed my fresh c1. Plug everything in. Go to start and nothing. No crank. Try to jump the starter and the fan kicks on and no crank. Pulled starter and bench tested. Checks out good. The fuel pump primes. Click under dash and click under hood (relay). No crank. There is/was an alarm (I bought it from a tow yard). Any ideas?

Is the clutch/neutral safety switch hooked up?

Yes. Nothing clicks if I dont press the clutch

dead battery? I would double check and make sure everything is plugged in etc.

jump the starter solenoid to battery direct.

Is the transmission ground strap attached? Shit won't crank if trnany isn't grounded.

Lol. Now I feel like an idiot..... The Ground near the lift hook.....

Wouldn't it still start if the other 3 grounds are hooked up(battery, thermo housing and valve cover)?

New problem....no oil is getting to head. Has oil at the filter

Its starts but its BONE dry.
