OBD1 trying to figure out paperclip trick

Hey everyone,

I'm new here but have a question. I have a 93 teg 4dr. No mods. My CEL keeps coming on every few days. I have a feeling I know what the problem is but want to check the code anyways. I've read about this paper clip trick but can't figure out how to do it or locate what it is I'm looking for. I have found the ECU which is under the drives side footwell. Does anyone happen to know where the connector is that I'm looking for to so I can jump it to find the code? Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the help guys. I have since tried this and all that happens is my CEL in the dash will just continue to blink with no apparent code to it. It doesn't have a sequence. As far as what I counted I stopped counting at like 18 blinks. What gives?
